GARY GRATTON

Chairman emeritus is of course Mr. Gary Gratton. He has been chairman of the board for many years having joined the NSCC72 community in 2015 when he purchased unit 406. He was a problem from the outset as he moved into his unit before he owned it against the Developer’s (1573454 Ontario Ltd) consent and without a town occupancy permit. Mr. Gratton apparently has his own rules and was instrumental in launching the NSCC72 lawsuit without checking the facts.

Gary joined the Board in 2016 and quickly took control and has doggedly fought to prevent the “Cost Sharing Agreement” as provided for in the original NSCC72 from ever being implemented with the declarant 1573454 Ontario Ltd which ultimately spelt the demise of the phased condominium which was to be NSCC72 and left the residents and the developer in the situation we are in today. A half built project with a massive lawsuit.

Mr. Gratton has signed misleading, false, untruthful, disingenuous, deceitful affidavits in the course of this lawsuit and is trying very hard to win having got NSCC72 into enormous expenses for legal fees, expert reports, surveys etc. to try and win at all costs which will be to no avail.

It would not be unreasonable to assume the costs for this frivolous and vexatious lawsuit are in the hundreds of thousands of dollars and to what end?
